Terms
The Buyer agrees to pay a nonrefundable deposit as described in Sales Agreement to hold the requested animal(s).
The balance is expected to be paid in full before the goat(s) leave Fruition Acres.
An extended hold fee of $30 per week will be applied if not picked up by the agreed upon date. Anything beyond an additional two weeks from agreed upon date is considered a forfeit of the goat(s) unless Buyer has contacted Fruition Acres in writing and both parties have agreed to additional time of hold.
Fruition Acres will make all reasonable attempts to contact Buyer before forfeiting the contract.
Shipping/Transport
If shipping/transport is required the cost of shipping/transport and all associated costs is the sole responsibility of the
Buyer and will be paid in full along with the purchase price before the goat(s) leave Fruition Acres.
Fruition Acres Guarantees
Fruition Acres guarantees it has full power to sell the goat(s) and the title is free, clear and unencumbered.
Fruition Acres certifies the goat(s) to come from an annually tested herd negative of CAE, CL & Johne’s.
Fruition Acres will provide a health record of vaccinations, preventative, and any other applicable care.
Unless otherwise noted in the contract, the goats have no known conditions.
Buyer Responsibilities
In the event the Buyer can no longer keep the goat(s) for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to Fruition Acres first chance to buy back the goat(s) for no more than the original sale price listed in contract.
The Buyer is recommended to have the goat(s) vet screened within 7 days from the date of deliver/pickup.
